This was today's easy administrated and immediately rewarding mission:

9. Laugh
Watch a DVD of one of your favorite stand-up comedians. If you don’t have a favorite stand-up comedian, I suggest you get one! Here be my favorites: Dylan Moran, Ed Bryne, Eddie Izzard, Flight of the Conchords.

I started with a few Swedish ones: Magnus Betnér & Nour El Refai. Laughed so hard I cried. Very R-rated and oh so funny. Then I thought I pay a tribute to my current home city and did a little Flight of the Conchords-race.



By the way, I cannot believe I never bump in to them. Sam has seen Jemaine three times since we came here. The other night, some guy in the comedy festival got sick or something and got replaced by FOTC. 12,5 bucks at Fringe Bar, one of the shadiest karaoke joints around. Something like 150 lucky souls in the audience. And I was two blocks away, knowing nothing about it all.



Cheer-me-up factor: 9 out of 10. The way I enjoyed my comedians, with a glass of Merlot and a piece of dark chocolate, it was instant success. Might be a quick fix, but it's one that works wonder.

Bonus: Sam and Jemaine in LA. I was there too, but hadn't heard of FOTC yet. Fail.
