No 8 - twinkle twinkle

With the winter just around the corner, this one seems pretty suitable:

8. Ich bin ein Stern
Buy a packet of glow-in-the-dark stick-on stars (you know the ones). Sneak into a friends house while they’re away, and decorate the ceiling of their room. They probably won’t notice till they turn off their light.

I went in to five different stores that I was convinced would have the aforementioned stars. But no. Instead I bought a black beenie and a packet of glow sticks (not that the beenie has anything to do with the story, it's just to keep my head warm).

I think my roomies are getting somewhat used to me doing silly and nice things, so I didn't really expect much of a reaction. But I sneaked into the rooms at about eight in the evening, and used the glow sticks and blue tack to create stars.















I also decided we needed one in our room. After all, the list is of things to cheer ME up, not just spoil my roomies.















Cheer-me-up factor: 2 out of 10. Hana was happy, and the other ones probably just think that I have a crush on them. And I loved our star, but generally, I fall asleep in about half a minute after we turn the lights off. The low grade may have been affected by the fact that I'm using glow sticks instead of stars (only lasting one night).
