5. Poetry Find poems you like and hang them on your wall or write them on your diary. Every time I read words fitted together like an intricate puzzle, I feel like the whole world is magic. I really love the work of Catullus and Henry Wordsworth Longfellow and Richard Brautigen and Dean Koontz. Even old Aliester Crowley created remarkable imagery.
Poetry. The last thing that comes to my mind when I think about poetry is happiness.
And the question is how on earth I'm gonna find my favourite poems with no books in the house and no Swedish books at the library.
I think about a poem that I first saw at Lisa's house, that I have loved since. It is an old Persian poem I think, and the only line can remember from the top of my head is "den dagen jag mötte dig rev jag mina visioner och kartor". Tried to google it and failed. It means "the day I met you I tore my visions and my maps". It seems pretty appropriate so I write it on a note an put it up on the wall.
I feel very pretentious after that one, so I also write a poem we actually quoted as we were cooking dinner (pastasauce with beans) tonight:
Poetry? Absolutely.
Two poems and a wedding invitation. Positive energy stuff.
Cheer me up-factor: 3 out of 10. Poetry might put words to hard expressed feelings or wake something really cool in you, but except the beanie poem, it didn't really cheer me up that much.

Men vilken fin bröllopsinbjudan! ;D
