Wellington had a power cut a couple of hours ago. The whole city went dead - traffic lights, intensive care at the hospitals, everything. It's still afternoon and light outside. Sam texted and said that it was madness in town. That's exactly the word he used; "Madness here!" So when power was back (internet was down too), I went in on Dominion's homepage.
They made a video of the madness.
