R.E.S.P.E.C.T

I haven't had Swedish winter for the last two years. I have been following your snowy and cold and dark months from a distance. And I felt a bit sorry for you.

This morning, I got up at 5.15. It was pitch black. And it wasn't until then, that I again realized the pain of going to work before sunrise. It is absolutely disgusting. I felt sick until I could go home and have an hour nap.

To everyone of you that survived the Swedish winter, that went through all those months of darkness, that went to work or school every day without seeing the sun.

You have got my utmost respect. You deserve all the sweetness of the summer and the flickering in your chest when the rays of the sun finally reaches your heart again.

Me, I just escaped.

Saknar dig Smulan!
