Versatile Blogger Awards!

A few days ago, I got my first blog award, by moth meets flame! And, well, it's not exactly an award, but since Gem seems like a cool girl, I'd love to accept it.

So,

4 Rules go along with this award:

Rule 1: Thank the person who gave you this award.

Thank you Gem! I'm happy I found your blog.

Rule 2: Share 7 things about yourself.

Tricky. The things that are interesting enough (but not personal enough) to share, I already have. But here goes:

1. I hate when the sheets come of the bed. Hate it. Hate it so much I can't sleep well. I also hate it when people are under the bed. It freaks me out. Sam loves getting under beds for that very reason.

2. I think about earthquakes (how to survive in one) and traveling (oh, the possibilities) every day.

3. I think Justin in The Darkness/Hot Leg is one of the sexiest guys alive. Some people find that strange.

4. I am terrible at remembering faces (still wouldn't recognize all of my new flatmates if I saw them on the street!) but incredible at names (probably know first and last name of everyone I ever went to school with, plus everyone else in that year).

5. I am absolutely terrified of getting older. Not as much of the process as of the fact that death (both my own and people around me) is coming closer.

6. I sometimes wish I would have been more rebellious as a teenager when you can still get away with stuff. I have never broken any bones, never been arrested and never shaved my head. I got my only tattoo at the age of 24.

7. Despite claiming I don't really like indie music, when I go through my playlists, I'm pretty sure most of it would classify as indie.

Rule 3: Pass the award along to 7 bloggers who you have recently discovered and who you think are fantastic.

Some of them are in Swedish, sorry only-English-speaking readers.

1. Maja Bredberg

2. Yes and yes

3. The creamy middles

4. Cupcakes and Mace

5. Twittertales

6. Sellouts

7. Kaffekokarkokboken

Rule 4: Contact the bloggers you’ve picked and let them know about the award.

Since I always hated chain-mail pressure things, I'm gonna break this rule. If they find out, they find out. They are cool blogs worth reading, and I'd like sharing them with you.

  1. Oh, cool! And now I get to choose seven more, right? Fabulous!
